Toravo Studio – Terms of Service
Toravo Studio is the private production software of the artist Toravo. It is not offered to the public: it runs only on the artist's own computer in his home network and is used by exactly one person, the owner of the connected YouTube channels.

2. YouTube API Services
Toravo Studio uses the YouTube API Services. By using Toravo Studio and connecting a YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. How Toravo Studio itself handles data is described in the Toravo Studio Privacy Policy.
2a. TikTok
Toravo Studio can also publish to the owner's own TikTok account. By connecting a TikTok account you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Community Guidelines. AI-generated content is labelled as such on TikTok.
3. Permitted use
Toravo Studio may only be used to manage YouTube channels the user owns or is authorised to manage: uploading own videos, editing their titles, descriptions, translations, thumbnails and playlists, reading the channels' own statistics and replying to comments on own videos. Every upload, change and reply is started or approved by the user. Uploaded content must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; AI-generated content is labelled as synthetic content.
4. Revoking access
The connection can be ended at any time with "Disconnect YouTube" in the studio, which deletes the stored tokens, or in the Google account under myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Liability and changes
Toravo Studio is provided free of charge and without warranty. These terms may be updated; the current version is always available on this page. German law applies.
